Backed by strong capital reserves, we are aggressively expanding our capabilities through organic growth and strategic acquisition.Our vision is to be the world's best company - defined by having the world's best peoplePOSITION PURPOSE:Assists in the planning, directing, and coordinating manufacturing processes and tooling, as well as CNC programming and machine setup.Full-Time, M-FSalary Range:$70k - $115 DOEMachines you will work with:Tsugami SwissStar SwissMiyanosMori Seiki LathesDoosan Lathes & MillsRobodrill MillsESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist in the development of routing instructions for new and existing jobs.Assist in improving efficiencies for new and existing work, including improvement of tooling, processes, part quality and employee training.Recommend methods of improving employee efficiency and reducing waste of material and utilities, such as restructuring, job duties, reorganizing workflow, relocating workstations and equipment and involved in purchase of equipment.Reduce tooling costs; assist in development and maintenance of control system standardizing tools.Resource for Supervisor and Technical Leads in correcting tooling and machining process problems.
