Competitive compensation package 11% retirement match Comprehensive health benefits 401(k) plan Hybrid schedule Company-sponsored retreats 23 times per year PTO Financial Services Specialist Details: Direct hire position $ 60,000.00 to $ 75,000.00 / annually First shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) The Financial Services Specialist will act as a relationship manager, supporting and maintaining existing client partnerships rather than focusing on cold calling. This role will involve daily communication with a large, established client base, primarily within the credit union and banking space. Manage and maintain relationships with an established portfolio of clients Conduct regular outreach via phone and email to ensure ongoing engagement and support Work with credit unions and financial institutions on the placement of brokered CDs Communicate with high-level stakeholders (Presidents, CFOs, Treasury Managers) Provide excellent customer service and act as a trusted point of contact for clients Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and client satisfaction Participate in quarterly meetings and occasional corporate retreats Financial Services Specialist Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience Previous experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management preferred Exposure to financial services or financial products is a plus Series 7 license is a plus, but not required Strong communication skills and professionalism when working with executive-level clients Highly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of daily interactions We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
