Workday HCM Functional Consultant

Participate in project and stakeholder alignment meetings, governance sessions, and regular status reviews.Review and understand existing Workday configuration to ensure alignment with business requirements.Support end-to-end (E2E) tenant setup, including validation of configurations and integrations.Document business processes, configurations, and requirements-clearly distinguish between client-specific and standard setups.Collaborate with vendors to support the creation of Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.Configure Workday HCM modules while ensuring existing business processes remain unaffected.Develop custom reports and dashboards based on business needs.Prepare and execute test scenarios, test scripts, and test data for E2E and UAT phases.Create mock data sets (e.g., organizations, job requisitions, employee records) for testing.Support testing cycles (E2E/UAT)-track issues, log defects, and assist in resolution.Validate data conversion and integrations to ensure accuracy and system integrity.Facilitate sign-offs and documentation of successful test completion.Perform ad-hoc analysis, configuration, and documentation tasks as directed by senior HRIS leadership to ensure timely project delivery.
