Regional Sales Manager | Motion Control & Automation | NorCal & Pacific NorthwestWe're supporting a global leader in motion control and factory automation technology in their search for a Sales Engineer to cover the North California and Pacific Northwest territory.This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded sales professional to manage and grow a high-potential territory while working closely with distributors, OEMs, system integrators, and end users.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve regional growth objectivesDrive demand for motion control and automation solutions across OEM, integrator, and end-user accountsSupport and manage distributor and channel partner relationshipsProvide technical consultation and application expertise throughout the sales cycleConduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations, and presentationsManage pricing and negotiations in partnership with sales leadershipGenerate, qualify, and follow up on new sales opportunitiesCollaborate closely with application engineering and marketing teamsRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetingsManage the full sales process from prospecting through to order placement and post-sales supportWhat they're looking for:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or 10+ years of relevant technical sales experienceMinimum of 5 years' experience selling motion control or automation products in the Pacific NorthwestStrong understanding of the U.S. factory automation market and competitive landscapeProven success in consultative and solution-based sellingExperience supporting distributors, integrators, and multi-channel sales networksExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple proposals and deadlines effectivelyValid driver's license and willingness to travel 30–50% within the regionWhy consider this opportunity?This role offers the chance to join a highly respected global organization known for technical excellence and customer focus.
