Paid Media Specialist
We’re seeking a Social Media Specialist to support a fast-growing performance-focused marketing team. This role is responsible for coordinating, executing, and reporting on social media campaigns across major platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels. The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-driven, and passionate about building engaging, high-performing social programs—especially within enthusiast-driven categories.Requirements:Execute and manage day-to-day social media campaigns across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channelsTrack, analyze, and report on social performance, using insights to optimize engagement, efficiency, and resultsSupport social execution for new product launches across the full marketing funnel, from awareness through conversionManage brand inboxes and community engagement across social platforms, forums, and enthusiast communitiesRespond to comments, messages, and product-related questions with a knowledgeable, brand-aligned voiceCollaborate with content, influencer, paid media, and go-to-market teams to ensure cohesive social executionMonitor trends, platform updates, and community feedback to inform strategy and share insights cross-functionallyRequired Qualifications2–3 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agencyHands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and other major platformsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex informationExperience using tools such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Excel, PowerPoint, or similarStrong organizational and time-management skills
