Your sense of urgency and dedication to excellence in a fast-paced environment will not only support patient recovery but also fuel your own career advancement.Performs all duties and responsibilities inherent to Registered Nurse and Charge Nurse as required.Coordinates the unit schedule based on productivity (short-term & long-term basis)Assists director with department charge reconciliation.Completes investigation of incidents on the unit including assisting director with education and coaching PRN.Monitors performance and quality improvement projects on the unit.
