As we expand, we're looking for motivated and ambitious sales professionals to take our work to new clients and turn conversations into sales.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You'll be the first point of contact between Bareera Tech and potential clients. Your job is to find businesses that need a website, start the conversation, show them what we can build and guide them through to a confirmed sale. Our team then takes over the design and development. This is a performance-driven role. The more you sell, the more you earn, and there's no cap on commission. You'll work from home on a flexible schedule, but you'll be expected to stay active, respond to prospects quickly and keep your sales records up to date. HOW THE 10-DAY SALES TRIAL WORKSShortlisted candidates will be invited to take part in the trial We'll create a WhatsApp group and share website samples, demo links and package details Candidates contact businesses, present our samples and work to close sales At the end of the 10 days, the top performers with the highest number of successful sales will be selected for permanent positions Every candidate who makes a successful sale during the trial receives their full 20% commission, even if they aren't selected. The trial is your chance to show what you can do and start earning from day one.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Prospecting
- Research and identify potential clients, including small businesses, local shops, restaurants, cafés, clinics, salons, gyms, schools, academies, real estate agents, service providers and startups
- Look for businesses with no website, an outdated website or a website that doesn't work well on mobile
- Build your own lead list from Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, business directories and personal networks
- Prioritise leads that are most likely to buy Outreach
- Contact business owners through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, phone calls and other suitable channels
- Write clear, professional and personalised messages rather than copy-paste spam
- Present website samples and demo links provided by Bareera Tech to show the quality of our work
- Explain how a professional website can help the business get more customers and build trust Selling
- Explain our website packages, features and pricing in simple terms
- Understand what each client needs and recommend the right package
- Offer the basic package (from PKR 15,000) to budget-conscious clients rather than losing the sale
- Answer questions and handle objections about price, timelines and value
- Follow up with interested prospects consistently until they make a decision
- Negotiate within the pricing guidelines set by Bareera Tech Closing and reporting
- Convert interested leads into paying customers
- Confirm payment and requirements before handing over the client
- Hand over confirmed clients to the Bareera Tech team with accurate details of their needs
- Record every lead, follow-up and sale in the company CRM
- Share daily or weekly progress updates with management Client relationships
- Keep all communication polite, honest and professional
- Never overpromise on features, prices or delivery dates
- Stay in touch with clients after the sale to support upgrades, referrals and repeat business
- Represent the Bareera Tech brand properly in every interactionSALARY AND COMMISSION
- Fixed salary: PKR 50,000 per month for selected candidates
- Sales commission: 20% on every successful sale
- Performance bonus: an additional PKR 50,000 for 50 successful sales in a calendar month
- Trial commission: paid on every successful trial sale, whether or not you're selected
- No commission cap: unlimited earning potentialHOW MUCH CAN YOU EARN PER SALE?
- Website sold for PKR 15,000: you earn PKR 3,000
- Website sold for PKR 20,000: you earn PKR 4,000
- Website sold for PKR 30,000: you earn PKR 6,000
- Website sold for PKR 40,000: you earn PKR 8,000
- Website sold for PKR 50,000: you earn PKR 10,000DON'T LOSE A CLIENT OVER BUDGET If a client can't afford a higher package, you can offer a basic website starting from PKR 15,000. Every sale counts towards your commission, your bonus target and your trial ranking, so a smaller deal is always better than no deal. Many smaller clients also come back later for upgrades or send referrals. EXAMPLE MONTHLY EARNINGS (SELECTED CANDIDATES)
- 10 sales at PKR 15,000: PKR 30,000 commission + PKR 50,000 salary = PKR 80,000
- 10 sales at PKR 30,000: PKR 60,000 commission + PKR 50,000 salary = PKR 110,000
- 20 sales at PKR 30,000: PKR 120,000 commission + PKR 50,000 salary = PKR 170,000
- 30 sales at PKR 40,000: PKR 240,000 commission + PKR 50,000 salary = PKR 290,000
- 50 sales at PKR 30,000: PKR 300,000 commission + PKR 50,000 salary + PKR 50,000 bonus = PKR 400,000 These are examples only. Actual earnings depend on the number and value of the sales you close. WHAT WE'LL PROVIDE

- Patience and persistence with follow-ups
