Our highly valued Coordinators are a critical piece of our puzzle! Without their contributions, the property could not deliver on its commitments. We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Coordinator to provide the necessary support to our team!Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Assist with game day and event operations and management, including set up of select in-venue signage, hospitality events/suites, and game day displaysFulfillment of on and off-field/court promotions for corporate sponsors (displays, promotional handouts, contests, etc.)Preparation of proposals/presentations using PowerPointUse of proprietary company system to assist with creating reports, providing analysis, market research, Filing and data entryCommunication with various departments of Athletics and promotions personnel as well as Sports Properties sales staff.
