Maintenance Assistant

Job Description Carefree Living by Oxford Living in Ely and Babbitt MN are looking for a full time Maintenance Assistant to join our growing and established Assisted Living communities. We offer rewarding employment, resident-centered care, a team environment, and professional development with a dependable health care company.Schedule: Position is Full-Time, with weekend or after-hours as necessary in an emergency situation.RESPONSIBILITIES:Preventative maintenanceGeneral repairsPainting and maintaining interior and exterior of the buildingMowing, trimming, weeding, watering, shoveling, snow removal etc.Attend to parking area and yard-property for orderly appearance and clean of debrisPrepare resident rooms upon vacancyPerform duties of carpet and floor cleaningThis role will ensure that they have the proper tools and equipment necessary to complete the essential functions of their maintenance positionThis position will be responsible for Ely and Babbitt facilitiesQUALIFICATIONS:Candidates must be hard working and self-motivated.
