As a rapidly growing company, we are dedicated to providing high-quality coffee and espresso machines to our clients, and we need a talented technician to help us maintain and repair these machines.Key Responsibilities:- Install, troubleshoot, and repair coffee and espresso machines for commercial clients- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with machines, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing problems- Train clients on proper use and maintenance of their machines- Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed- Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in coffee and espresso machine technologyQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a coffee and espresso machine technician- Strong technical skills and knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Strong communication and customer service skills- Valid driver's license and clean driving record- Must be able to lift and move heavy equipmentWe offer a competitive salary of $20-$30 hourly, with potential for overtime and bonuses.
