Human Resources Business Partner

The HR Business Partner Role As a key member of our team, you'll address questions and resolve issues related to workplace policies, practices, and legal matters, creating a positive environment across all locations, including for remote staff. Provide ongoing coaching and proactive support to leaders, identifying necessary training through both internal (Häfele Corporate Training) and external resources. Lead workplace investigations into allegations of wrongdoing ensuring a fair process and offering resolutions. Manage the separation process with dignity and respect, conducting exit interviews and sharing insights that contribute to leadership decisions. Develop and implement strategies to decrease staff turnover and enhance team cohesion. Attend and contribute to management meetings, delivering HR solutions tailored to specific needs and partner with Managers to ensure that our policies and practices are being consistently applied. -Prepare and deliver regular HR reports for leadership to foster informed decision-making. Emphasize continuous improvement and follow standard operating procedures to assure accurate recordkeeping. Embrace additional duties and projects, playing a key role in the ongoing success and development of our team. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or business related field 5 plus years of experience working within a Human Resources Department PHR or SPHR Certifications given preference Job Type: Full-time
