Some of the accomplishments we are looking for include experience in building and maintaining client relations, business development, delegation of responsibility, and the ability to mentor designers and junior engineers.Responsibilities:Design of subdivisions and land developmentZoning and approvals processStormwater managementSite design, grading, and erosion and sediment control plansSite utilitiesPennDOT/DEP permittingHydraulic calculationsCost estimatingPreparing project proposals and managing contracts, reports, and invoicingHiring/mentoring/managing junior engineers and designersRequirementsB.S.
