In this role, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of systems that improve infrastructure visibility, workflow efficiency, and operational awareness.You will operate across multiple product teams in a highly collaborative environment, working directly with stakeholders to shape requirements and deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions. This position requires a senior-level engineer who can take ownership of complex problems, drive technical direction, and rapidly deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of full-stack solutions from concept through deploymentCollaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutionsDrive feature development and take ownership of the full software development lifecycleIntegrate with and contribute to diverse teams, systems, and technology stacksDesign and implement intuitive user interfaces and efficient workflowsDevelop solutions for data visualization, task automation, and workflow enhancementsMentor and support other engineers while contributing to overall team effectivenessSkills RequirementsDemonstrated experience developing across the full stack (UI/UX, API/middleware, backend, and DevOps)Experience developing with modern UI frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)Strong experience writing scripts and services in PythonRESTful web application development experience using Spring Boot and PythonFamiliarity with relational databases (e.g., Postgres, SQLite)Experience with GitLab and CI/CD pipelinesAbility to operate independently and lead technical efforts across teamsNice to HavesExperience working in complex or highly regulated technical environmentsKnowledge of large-scale signal collection and analysis systemsStrong written and verbal communication skillsCompensation Employment PolicySalary is determined by multiple factors, including location, education, experience, skills, and organizational requirements.
