This person will join the build‑and‑support team to maintain and support the existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, not develop new enhancements. Day to day, they’ll troubleshoot issues, update Power Apps, maintain Power Automate flows, write JavaScript for client‑side customizations, and support C# plugin development. They’ll work closely with the Product Manager, collaborate with onshore/offshore teams, interact with end users, and review technical documentation as needed. The environment is Agile, Jira‑driven, and values a positive, self‑motivated work style with minimal oversight. Compensation for this position will be $40-60 an hour based on experience and qualifications.
