Vendor Managed Inventory Specialist (VMIS)Location: Quincy Shift: 1st Shift Starts at 7:00 AM Pay Rate: $18.50 per hourJob OverviewWe are currently seeking a Vendor Managed Inventory Specialist (VMIS) to support customer operations by managing on-site inventory solutions. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, well-organized, and committed to safety and quality. This role plays a key part in strengthening customer relationships and supporting operational efficiency.Required Skills & QualificationsAt least 1 year of related experienceClear driving record requiredStrong customer service skillsStrong time management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and in a customer-facing environmentCommitment to safety and quality standardsKey ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain on-site inventory solutions to ensure proper stock levelsSupport and promote MSC solutions through the CARE program (Clean, Arrange, Relationships, Exceed Expectations)Provide excellent customer service and build strong professional relationships with customer contactsReceive, unpack, stock, and organize products at points of usePerform daily activity and timekeeping documentation using SFDC and routing softwareMaintain 6S standards and ensure all equipment is clean, organized, and functionalRepair and maintain vending solution equipment to company standardsIdentify opportunities for product expansion and communicate them to Sales and ManagementEnsure 100% compliance with safety policies and proceduresSupport team objectives, profitability goals, and participate in special projects as neededIf this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
