Technical Content Creator

Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work Onsite with our client in Hoffman Estates, IL. Interested? Here's what you'd do: Create and Author Technical Service Content intended for use by Technical Service Personnel, including Customer Service Engineers, Technical Support Engineers, and Technical Training Centers. Content creation for SPECT and SPECT/CT System Installation, Maintenance, Calibrations, and Part Replacement using Extended Reality (Augmented Reality). Perform Verification, acceptance, and validation tests for service content. Preempts potential problems and provides effective solutions. Change management controlled through typical project tracking tool. Interacts with PLM, Product Management, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, other client Business Units, and OEM partners to drive service business goals of new and existing MI products Here's what you'll get: Pay rate: $45.00/hour. Hours: 40 hours/week 1st Shift Length: Temp (11 Months) Required Skills / Qualifications: Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum of 4 years experience in Technical Content creation (Written, & Multimedia, XR) Minimum of 4 years experience in complex system design and development process including product requirement engineering. Minimum of 4 years experience in Electro-Mechanical Minimum of 4 years experience with CAD, Digital Modeling, PTC, Extended Reality, able to work around large electrical equipment, Robotics. Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Engineering knowledge or experience. Understanding of safety around large electro-mechanical equipment. Knowledge of Extended Reality creation sw suites.
