Privately HeldAbout the RoleThe Company is seeking a VP, Digital Strategy with a strong background in pharmaceutical agency experience to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive omnichannel digital engagement strategy that creates seamless, personalized experiences for healthcare professionals, patients, and other key stakeholders. This role involves leading and mentoring a team of digital engagement strategists, serving as a thought leader on the digital landscape, and ensuring that all strategies are in compliance with industry regulations. The VP will also be involved in customer journey mapping, persona development, and audience segmentation, and will work closely with marketing, analytics, brand teams, and IT to integrate data and enable personalized content delivery.Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in digital strategy within a pharmaceutical agency setting, with a focus on HCP and DTC. A proven track record in senior leadership, particularly in building and mentoring high-performing teams, is essential. The role requires deep expertise in omnichannel marketing principles, a strong understanding of the regulatory and compliance landscape in the pharmaceutical industry, and the ability to translate complex data into innovative digital strategies. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business, or communications. Experience in pharmaceutical launch and a strong understanding of engaging with both HCP and patient audiences are also key requirements.Travel Percent
