They help clients streamline operations, improve efficiency, and achieve sustainable growth through tailored solutions and strategic guidance.Position OverviewThis is a Sales & Marketing focused internship within our Odoo ERP Practice, designed for candidates who want to build a career in B2B SaaS / ERP sales, presales, and digital marketing. The program combines structured training with real-world exposure to lead generation, sales pipelines, and marketing campaigns for Odoo ERP solutions.You will undergo 2 - 3 months of intensive training on Odoo ERP, sales processes, and marketing tools, followed by hands-on involvement in live sales and marketing activities.The training is completely free, and in addition to the Internship Certificate, there is a performance-based stipend payable whenever you contribute to closing a deal (commission / incentive-based).About This Internship ProgramThis is a learning-first internship. The focus is on:Understanding the Odoo ERP product and its value propositionLearning how to position ERP solutions to SMEs and enterprisesGaining hands-on exposure to B2B sales and digital marketing funnelsBuilding confidence in client communication and demosLearning how sales, marketing, and delivery teams work together in an ERP services companyProgram DurationTotal Duration: 2–3 months (flexible based on performance and project needs)Schedule: Full-time or Part-timeMode: Remote  (On-site visit incase of business requirement)Mentorship: Guided by senior sales / presales / ERP consultantsKey ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales & Marketing Intern – Odoo ERP, your responsibilities will include:1. Lead Generation & ProspectingResearch potential clients in target industries and regionsBuild and maintain lead lists using LinkedIn, company websites, and other sourcesQualify leads based on defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)Assist in outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls as applicable)2. CRM & Pipeline Management (Odoo CRM)Work inside Odoo CRM to:Create and update leads and opportunitiesTrack stages in the sales pipelineLog communication and follow-upsEnsure data hygiene and accuracy in CRM entriesGenerate basic pipeline and conversion reports3. Sales Support & Presales CoordinationAssist in preparing:Sales presentationsProduct brochures and one-pagersProposal templates and basic quotations (under guidance)Support demo preparation:Configure demo databasesOrganize use cases and scenarios with the presales teamParticipate in client calls (where appropriate) as observer or junior contributor4. Marketing Activities & Campaign SupportSupport email marketing campaigns:Assist in drafting campaign content (subject lines, body, CTAs)Help with audience segmentation and sending via tools (Odoo Email Marketing / external)Assist in social media and content marketing:Ideate and draft basic posts about ERP, Odoo features, case studiesSupport design team with content inputs for creativesTrack campaign performance:Open rates, click-through, responses, and basic analytics5. Requirement Understanding & Coordination with BA/DeliveryUnderstand at a high level:Client pain pointsBusiness processes (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.)Coordinate with Business Analysts / Consultants to:Capture high-level requirementsEnsure proposals and demos align with client needsLearn to position Odoo modules based on customer requirements6.
