An inventive, and highly curated menu offers guests the best seafood and signature cuts of premium beef, as well as classic Chef Mina favorites.THE JOB:As an Assistant Manager at Stripsteak in Mandalay Bay, you’ll help lead daily operations in this modern steakhouse known for its bold flavors and elevated take on classic cuisine. Through hands-on leadership and a strong floor presence, you’ll support the team, ensure seamless service, and uphold the refined standards that define the Stripsteak experience.
