Job Title: Business Program Manager – Risk & HR (Data Programs)Location: New Jersey, USA (Hybrid)Full Time PositionExperience Level: 10–15+ yearsSalary: $140- $145K Per Annum + BenefitsRole OverviewNAM Info is seeking a seasoned Business Program Manager to lead and drive large-scale data initiatives across Risk and HR functions within the Life Sciences domain across the North America (NAM) region. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep program management expertise, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to align data programs with regulatory, operational, and workforce objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & ExecutionLead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data programs across NAM spanning Risk Management and HR functionsDefine program roadmap, milestones, KPIs, and governance structuresEnsure alignment with business goals, regional regulatory requirements, and organizational strategyRisk ManagementIdentify, assess, and mitigate program and operational risksEnsure compliance with NAM regulatory frameworks (e.g., GxP, HIPAA, data privacy laws)Establish risk governance, controls, and reporting mechanismsHR & Workforce Data StrategyPartner with HR leadership across NAM to drive data-driven workforce planning and analyticsSupport transformation initiatives including talent analytics, HR systems integration, and workforce insightsEnsure data integrity, privacy, and governance of HR dataStakeholder ManagementEngage senior stakeholders across Business, IT, Risk, and HR functions within NAM InfoTranslate complex data initiatives into clear business valueDrive alignment across regional and global teamsData Program OversightOversee data governance, quality, architecture, and integration initiativesCollaborate with data engineering, analytics, and platform teamsEnsure scalable and compliant data solutionsChange ManagementLead change initiatives to drive adoption of data platforms and processesPromote a data-driven culture across Risk and HR functionsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Data, or related field10+ years of program management experience in large-scale data programsStrong experience in Risk Management and HR domainsExperience in the Life Sciences industry (pharma, biotech, healthcare)Experience working across North America (NAM)Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GxP, HIPAA, and data privacy lawsPreferred SkillsExperience with cloud data platforms and analytics ecosystemsKnowledge of HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)PMP, PgMP, or Agile certificationsStrong analytical and communication skillsKey CompetenciesStrategic leadershipRisk management expertiseData-driven mindsetStakeholder influenceChange managementWhat Success Looks LikeSuccessful delivery of NAM-wide data programsImproved risk governance and complianceEnhanced HR analytics and workforce insightsStrong stakeholder alignment and adoption
