Here's how we care for our team:Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses with unlimited potentialHealth, dental, vision, life, accidental insurance & FSAGet paid on demand with ZayZoonPaid vacation and sick time401(k) with company matchFree uniforms and meals during shiftsScholarship opportunities for your familyA culture rooted in respect, connection, and growthWhat You'll DoLead, train, and coach General Managers to achieve strong sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.Ensure all restaurants operate in compliance with brand standards, food safety, and regulatory requirements.Conduct regular restaurant visits to evaluate performance, identify trends, and provide operational support.Drive performance improvement through analysis of sales, labor, and P&L reports.Act as a liaison between restaurant operations and support functions (maintenance, IT, HR, etc.).Recruit, hire, and develop management talent and key hourly employees to support successful planning.Deliver consistent training and mentorship to prepare managers for advancement.Lead by example, stepping into a General Manager role when necessary.Must be able to travel within a 100-mile radius of Charlotte. Vehicle reimbursement is provided.What You BringMinimum of 3 years' multi-unit management experience within the restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry.Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams.Proven financial acumen and the ability to manage P&L statements.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel daily between locations.Grow Beyond the GrillAt EYAS, we invest in our people because we know our success depends on yours.
