From climbing gear and branded apparel to food and in-gym essentials, retail supports how our members engage with climbing and our spaces.The RoleThe Retail Coordinator is a gym-facing role responsible for how retail shows up across all Sender One locations. You will spend the majority of your time in gyms, working directly with managers and staff to ensure products are well presented, properly stocked, and actively selling.This role reports to the VP of Growth Marketing and works closely with the Retail Strategy and Inventory Manager, who owns inventory systems, ordering, and vendor relationships. In the Gyms -- You’ll help shape how retail shows up day to day:Visit gyms to keep retail areas clean, organized, and invitingRestock and adjust product placement so it’s easy for members to shop and try onSupport new product launches and seasonal updatesNotice what’s working and what’s not, and take action to improveWith Teams -- You’ll work closely with gym managers and staff:Maintain strong, consistent retail standards across all locationsSupport basic product knowledge so staff can speak confidently about merchandiseBring energy and reinforce simple, consistent retail practicesOperationally -- You’ll help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes:Partner on inventory analysis and POS executionWalk gyms regularly to review retail spaces and check inventoryFlag low stock, manage transfers, organize back stock, and support cycle countsEnsure pricing and labeling are accurate and easy to understandWhat We’re Looking ForSome experience in retail, merchandising, or a customer-facing salesTakes pride in clean, organized spaces and strong attention to detailAble to manage time, move between locations, and follow throughClear communicator who takes initiative and gets things doneInterest in climbing or community-driven spaces is a plusComfortable with hands-on work like lifting, moving product, and climbing laddersCompensation$25–$28 per hour, depending on experience25–30 hours per week.Mileage reimbursement between locations Potential for a full-time role as we growWe look forward to hearing from you!
