*Job Title:* Electronics Assembler - Immediate Hire ($20/hr) *Location:* Houston, TX (I-45 South & Dixie Farm Road) *Job Type:* Full-Time *Pay*: Starting at $20.00/hour, with compensation negotiable based on proven expertise *About Indus Instruments:* Since 1992, we have designed and manufactured custom electronic instruments for the biomedical and energy industries. We are a small, high-tech business seeking a dependable, experienced assembler to join our team. *This is an immediate opening, and hiring decisions will be made quickly.* *Schedule & Breaks:* · *Hours:* Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. · *Flexibility:* We offer flexible hours to help accommodate family schedules and events. · *Breaks:* Your daily shift includes a 30-minute lunch break and two paid breaks. *Compensation & Benefits:* · *Health Insurance:* QSEHRA reimbursement up to $6,450/year ($537.50/month). · *Retirement:* Simple IRA with a 100% company match up to 3% of your salary. · *Paid Time Off:* Two weeks of paid vacation. *Key Responsibilities:* · Solder through-hole and surface-mount electronic components onto PCBs. · Perform light mechanical and cable assembly, working accurately from drawings, blueprints, and procedures. · Assemble and inspect small parts and sensors using a microscope. *Qualifications & Hiring Process:* · *Experience:* 2+ years of electronic or sensor assembly experience with excellent fine motor skills. · *Skills Test:* Candidates must complete a hands-on demonstration of soldering and small sensor fabrication skills during the interview process. · *Onboarding Requirements:* Final employment offers are contingent upon providing *2 professional references*, clearing a *background check*, and passing *E-Verify*.
