This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to brand, safety, and operational standards while minimizing disruption to guests, members, and daily operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of construction and renovation projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeoutCoordinate architects, engineers, contractors, inspectors, vendors, and internal stakeholdersEnsure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, brand standards, and hospitality operating requirementsDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, scopes, and risk management plansConduct site walks, inspections, and progress meetingsResolve project issues, delays, and change orders efficientlyMaintain accurate documentation, contracts, and reportingSupport leadership with capital planning, vendor selection, and project forecastingEnsure projects minimize guest/member disruption and support seamless operational transitionsPerform other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred5+ years of project management experience in construction, hospitality development, renovations, or capital projectsStrong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administrationExperience working in active hospitality environments preferredProficiency with project management and construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)Strong leadership, communication, and vendor management skillsCompentenciesOperational mindset with guest/member experience focusStrong negotiation and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple active projects simultaneouslyFinancial acumen and budget accountabilityDetail-oriented with a proactive leadership approachBenefitsThe Club at Bella Collina offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial well-being, and long-term success.Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance - Competitive health plans with the company covering 75% of employee medical and dependent coverage, and 75% of employee dental coverageLife & Disability Insurance - Company-paid life and AD&D insurance (1x base salary), short-term disability, and access to long-term disability and supplemental coverageRetirement Savings - 401(k) plan with a generous 100% employer match up to 6% of employee contributions (vesting schedule applies)Additional Coverage Options - Voluntary vision, life, AD&D, and supplemental plans including critical illness, accident, hospital indemnity, and cancer insurance
