Your mission is to provide exceptional service, build relationships, and help customers find the right solutions.Core Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in interactionsBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsMeet sales and service targets while ensuring customer satisfactionProvide accurate product information using database systems and supplier contactsSupport Field Sales Representatives with administrative tasks and special requestsDay-to-Day Activities:Process customer orders and counter sales transactionsPrepare and follow up on quotations for special ordersProactively contact existing customers to solicit ordersHandle complaints and provide appropriate solutionsMaintain records of customer interactionsOperate cash register and process credit card paymentsAttend sales meetings and training sessionsWhat We're Looking ForEducation & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience in countertops, cabinetry, or related business is a plusEssential Skills:Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilitiesStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to multitask and handle stressful situations calmlyBasic keyboarding and math skillsFamiliarity with Microsoft Office programsWillingness to learn company software systemsForklift/warehouse experience is a plusAbility to lift up to 50 lbsRequirements:On-site position (not remote/work-from-home)Occasional overtime for inventory, meetings, or corporate activitiesCompensation & BenefitsWe invest in our people.
