Monitors patients, administers medications, keeps records, consults with healthcare providers, educates patients and more. Principal Accountabilities: (including but not limited to) Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports. Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions. Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments. Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions. Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members. Records patient vital signs and medical information. Performs other related duties as assigned. Schedule Full time, Days 7am-7:30pm Weekend and holiday rotation required
