Responsibilities *Overview* We are seeking a skilled and compasssionate Registered Nurse to join our team . As a Registered nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our residents. This is a vital role in our residential care home, and we are looking for someone who is dedicated, knowledgeable, and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our residents. *Duties* -Perform comprehensive assessments of patients health status. - Administer medications and treatments as presribed by physicians. - Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information. - Collaborate with heathare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. - Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and treatment options. -Provide emotional support to residents and their families. -Maintain accurate and detailed medical records. -Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures. *Experience* -Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Vermont. -Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work effectively.
