Keep production on track.We're looking for a Quality & Production Lead to oversee quality processes and support production during the printing, laminating, and slitting stages. This role is the go-to leader on shift-ensuring standards are followed, issues are addressed, and the team stays aligned.If you're detail-driven, confident in a leadership role, and know how to balance quality with production demands, this is a great opportunity to step up.What You'll DoLead quality and production activities during your shiftPerform process audits to ensure operators are completing required quality checksVerify product quality during:Printing (color, registration, consistency)Slitting (width, placement, specifications)Lamination (coat weight, adhesion, oven testing)Inspect incoming raw materials to ensure they meet quality standardsInvestigate and document non-conformances; determine dispositionPartner with production teams to implement corrective actions (CAPA)Review production schedules and align priorities to meet customer expectationsTrain and coach operators on quality standards, test methods, and proceduresEnsure compliance with GMP, SQF, and company quality standardsMaintain documentation and support continuous improvement effortsStep in to support production as needed to keep operations running smoothlyWhat You'll Need2+ years of manufacturing experience (flexographic printing preferred)Strong understanding of quality processes and production environmentsLeadership ability and confidence directing a teamStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentGood communication skills across all levels of the organizationBasic computer skills (email, data entry, ERP systems)High school diploma or equivalentNice to Have:Experience with EFI RadiusExperience with GMP, SQF, or other quality systemsPerformance ExpectationsEnsure consistent execution of quality checks across all processesQuickly identify and resolve quality issuesMaintain compliance with safety, GMP, and SQF standardsSupport production efficiency while protecting product qualityProvide leadership, training, and direction to team membersWhy This Role MattersYou're the quality voice on the floor and the leader the team looks to during the shift.
