Floor Supervisor

Overview Prolink is partnered with a leading manufacturing company in Florence, KY that is looking for a *Floor Supervisor* to join their growing team. This position is ideal for experienced manufacturing leaders who enjoy a fast-paced environment and leading teams to meet production goals. *Shift:* 1st and 2nd shifts available *Pay:* $28.00-$30.00/hr *Requirements:* * High school diploma or GED * Previous manufacturing and supervisory experience * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to troubleshoot and make decisions in a fast-paced environment * Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime *Responsibilities:* * Supervise and lead production employees during assigned shift * Monitor production, quality, and safety standards * Assign tasks and ensure daily production goals are met * Coach and train team members as needed * Communicate with management and other departments * Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment * Complete shift reports and production documentation Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
