Appian Technical Lead (Remote)

Appian Technical LeadLocation: RemoteLead and coordinate the development of domain Business Process Management initiatives utilizing Appian's software technology. As a BPM lead, should have experience in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as SAIL, Tempo, Mobility Features, Forums, Smart Services, Reports, Deployment, etc. Deal directly with Appian on cloud monitoring and deployments. Should have good knowledge of Java, J2EE, Ajax, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, as well as Appian Administration, JBOSS/WebSphere/WebLogic. Also should have good knowledge and experience in SOA and API architecture. Future Duties: Design and development in Appian BPM including components such as SAIL, Tempo, Mobility Features, Forums, Smart Services, Reports, Deployment, etc. Develop custom Plug-Ins acceptable within the Appian Cloud environment. Integrate with Service/API layer. Collects and analyzes business requirements for large, multifunctional projects. Performs feasibility studies, translating requirements into an appropriate design. Identifies conflicting business practices and integration issues, suggesting alternative solutions. Mentoring, coaching and consulting project team to improve the organization's depth and knowledge in the Appian platform.Required qualifications:5 years experience in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as SAIL, Tempo, Mobility Features, Forums, Smart Services, Reports, Deployment, etc.
