Job DescriptionOverviewCTG is seeking to fill a Complex Program Manager position for our client.Location: Dallas, TX – OnsiteDuration: 12 monthsDuties:Lead complex, transformative programs across multiple business units, geographies, technologies, and cross-functional teams.Define program vision, objectives, success criteria, governance, milestones, and delivery strategies aligned with business and customer goals.Manage interconnected projects and project managers to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, schedules, budgets, quality standards, and contractual commitments.Oversee end-to-end program delivery, coordinating project teams, technical teams, partners, customers, sponsors, and stakeholders.Establish and maintain program governance, master schedules, performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting.Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, dependencies, and uncertainties.Manage program budgets, forecasting, cost optimization, scope, change control, and overall financial performance.Provide executive-level program updates, performance reporting, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and drive effective communication, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.Lead innovation, digital transformation, sustainability, and organizational change initiatives.Analyze data and program performance to identify trends, anticipate outcomes, and support strategic decision-making.Assemble and lead end-to-end teams, providing direction, coaching, and support to project managers and technical teams.Influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts while balancing competing priorities, resources, costs, schedules, and business requirements.Skills:Complex program and project managementProgram governance and portfolio managementStrategic planning and executive communicationRisk, issue, dependency, and change managementBudgeting, forecasting, cost management, and financial stewardshipStakeholder management and customer engagementCross-functional and global team leadershipData analysis, business intelligence, dashboards, and KPI reportingAgile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOpsProject planning, master scheduling, and resource prioritizationRequirements analysis, solution delivery, and vendor managementStrong analytical, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage ambiguity and changing priorities in dynamic environmentsExperience:10+ years of project and program management experience in complex, large-scale environments, including programs with up to $100M in total contract value and distributed teams of 50–200+ FTE.Experience working for an enterprise software/SaaS provider or technology consulting/services organization.Proven success managing complex IT programs and projects across multiple industries and customer environments.Experience managing project interdependencies, master schedules, staffing strategies, risks, and program-level trade-offs.Demonstrated ability to manage programs to strategic objectives, scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer expectations.Experience establishing program governance and management systems and overseeing contractual and regulatory requirements.Experience with cost management, scope management, change control, and program governance.Experience presenting program plans, status, risks, KPIs, and recommendations to senior and executive leadership.Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts.PMP certification required; PgMP certification required or willingness to obtain within 12 months.Ability to influence, negotiate, motivate, and resolve conflicts across all organizational levels.Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.PgMP certification preferred or commitment to obtain within 12 months.PRINCE2 certification preferred.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.CTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee based recruitment services for this role.To Apply:To be considered, please apply directly to this requisition using the link provided.
