Full Time Remote Staff Accountant

Company DescriptionWe are a full service tax firm. We assist with bookkeeping, Quarterly Estimated Taxes, Tax Preparation, Tax Advising and Resolution matters. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Staff Accountant. The Staff Accountant will be responsible to manage client relations and needs. As well as preparing taxes, estimated taxes and tax advising. This person would have a list of client matter each day to work on and send correspondence to the clients on the matter. QualificationsStrong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, financial reporting, and general ledger maintenanceProficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Drake Tax, Tax Dome Etc)Analytical thinking skills for financial data analysis and problem-solvingAttention to detail and excellent organizational skills for accurate record-keeping and reportingExperience with payroll processes and compliance related to tax and regulatory requirementsEffective communication skills to collaborate with teams and present financial information clearlyCPA or EA
