This individual will work closely with teachers, support staff, and students to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that meets diverse student needs.Responsibilities:Provide instructional support to students under the direction of a certified teacherAssist with classroom management and organizationSupport students individually and in small groupsImplement accommodations and modifications as outlined in IEPs/504 PlansSupervise students during non-instructional times (e.g., lunch, recess, transitions)Prepare instructional materials and resources as neededParticipate in professional development and training sessionsMaintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Thank you for your interest in the Keshequa School District.
