To learn more about our story click HERE.You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:The Machine Operator 2 is responsible for operating the Big Red sealer.Duties and ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate Big Red sealerMay use computer to load printer softwareSet up and verify weigh scaleLoad/unload sealing equipment with product and packaging materialRecognize and react to problems with equipment, make adjustments as requiredInspect and verify product according to quality standardsWork with Machine Technician to resolve problems with equipmentClean equipment as required to ensure proper operationBreak down scrap packagesAble to work effectively within small teamsAccurately complete scrap ticketsAccurately complete daily production sheetAccurately update hourly goal boardKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesUnderstand and follow verbal and written instructionsBasic math skillsBasic mechanical skillsBasic computer skillsEducation and Experience RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent1 year of machine operation experience preferredWe provide these great perks and benefits:Robust health, dental and vision insurance plans.Generous 401 (K) savings plan.Education assistance.On-site wellness, fitness center, food, and coffee service.And many more, check out our benefits site HERE.Milwaukee Tool is an equal opportunity employer.
