Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Merchant Services Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business clients, understanding their payment processing needs, and offering tailored solutions to enhance their operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses grow. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their payment processing requirements. Present and demonstrate our merchant services solutions to business owners and decision-makers. Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring terms align with company policies and client needs. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve company sales targets and objectives. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond. Qualifications: Proven track record in sales, preferably in merchant services, financial services, or a related field. Strong understanding of payment processing solutions and industry trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
