Our human-centric approach guides us every step of the way and we're proud of the impact our products make.Are you passionate about delivering robust and high-quality solutions?Arionkoder is seeking a Sr. QA Mobile Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of AI-powered solutions and applications.Your ImpactReview and oversee Mobile testing executed by both on and offshore teamsEnhance the quality of the product by identifying and helping to fix bugs before the product reaches customersContinuously improve processes and procedures that enhance efficiency and effectiveness in testingCollaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality outputsMitigate risks associated with software development by ensuring that all potential issues are identified and addressed early in the development cycleDevelop automated test scripts and frameworks for improved mobile app performance for both Android and iOS devicesAdvocate for and implement industry best practices in quality assurance, leading to improved product standards and team processesLead and mentor team members who are earlier in their careers and contribute to the growth and development of the QA teamWhat You Bring To The Table5+ years experience in Quality AssuranceDemonstrated experience with mobile native application testingExperience providing QA for mobile, web, and back-end servicesExpertise in mobile test automation frameworks, using tools such as WebdriverIO and Appium. (Bonus: XCTest and XCUITest for iOS, and Espresso and UI Automator for Android.)Ability to empathize with users’ unique perspectivesStrong experience creating automation scripts from scratchExperience using tools (like JIRA, Confluence, and TestRail) to write and execute test cases, log defects, and work with the team on story refinementStrong understanding of AGILE software development life cycle (SDLC), quality assurance process, tools, and methodologiesCapable of writing and executing manual tests for mobile appsDisplay a professional, positive, and approachable attitude, as well as discretionSelf-starter mentality, excited to assume responsibility for their work, accept direction and feedback from co-workers and managers, and help make anyone’s great idea a realityExperience working in Agile and Kanban environmentsExperience working with external clients, partners, and vendorsCollaborative spirit and a positive demeanor that enhance team dynamicsBonus pointsExperience in travel and/or loyalty-as-a-service industriesExperience in Mobile Accessibility (508) testing on both iOS and Android devicesLocation: 100% remote from US or Argentina (BsAs, CBA, or Rosario)Hiring modality: Contractor & USD salary Join us !
