Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities include maintaining facility infrastructure, supporting stamping press operations, troubleshooting PLC-related issues, responding to maintenance requests, and assisting with equipment and facility improvements. Success in this role means minimizing downtime, supporting safe operations, and ensuring equipment reliability across the facility.This role aligns well with veterans from maintenance, utilities, and industrial equipment backgrounds. Military experience, such as Army 91-series mechanics, Navy Machinist's Mate (MM), Electrician's Mate (EM), Air Force Electrical Systems (3E0X1), HVAC/Utilities roles, or Marine Corps maintenance MOSs, translates effectively. Veterans experienced in troubleshooting equipment, performing preventative maintenance, working with hand/power tools, and supporting operational readiness will find strong alignment with this position.This is a hands-on industrial maintenance role supporting both facility systems and manufacturing equipment. Technicians will work with electrical systems, plumbing, PLC-controlled equipment, stamping presses, and preventative maintenance systems while using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
