What you’ll do
Collaborate with finance, operating companies and talent acquisition teams to forecast future hiring needs based on attrition trends, growth projections, and skills gaps
Gather and consolidate workforce data from operating companies
Build short and long-term headcount models and run scenario analyses to predict future talent and capacity needs based on historical data and market trends
Analyze internal labor movement (promotions, transfers, exits) to identify opportunities to strengthen retention and internal talent mobility
Utilize external labor market data to inform forecasting and planning
Partner with HR Leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnover rates, time to hire, cost per hire and turnover cost
In partnership with the HR Systems team, identify opportunities to improve data integrity and improve reporting accuracy
Analyze correlations between sources of hire and long-term employee retention to optimize recruitment strategies
Other projects as assigned
What you’ll need
To be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources or related field
5+ years experience with financial or business analytics
Experience with HR analytics preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, particularly in Microsoft Excel
Experience with data visualization tools is desired
