All Medical Personnel - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Fort Myers, Florida.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: Labor and DeliveryDiscipline: RNStart Date: 06/26/2026Duration: 12 weeks35 hours per weekShift: 12 hours, nightsEmployment Type: TravelWhat You'll Do:Provide expert nursing care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages within a 19-bed maternity unit.Monitor fetal wellbeing using advanced fetal monitoring techniques with a focus on high-acuity patients.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and update patient care plans.Educate patients and their families, offering guidance and reassurance during a critical time.Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies, including credentials verification and documentation accuracy.Required Skills:2+ years of Labor & Delivery experience in a high-acuity setting.Prior travel nursing experience requiredCurrent BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.AWHONN certificationAbility to handle high patient acuity and manage multiple priorities effectively.Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and teamwork skills.Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts and participate in rotating call schedules.Nice to Have Skills:AWHONN advanced fetal monitoring and EFM certification.Experience working with Epic EMR system.Ability to float among units or facilities as needed.Preferred Education and Experience:Current RN licensure with accreditation verification present on profile or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.Graduation from an accredited nursing program.Day 1 benefits (health, dental, vision) AVA rewards program $1,500 referral bonusAbout All Medical Personnel - NursingEstablished in 1990, All Medical Personnel is a leading national temporary employment agency for healthcare workforce solutions in the United States.
