The Client Relations Representative will serve as a key point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and ensuring their investment needs are met. Responsibilities include maintaining and deepening client relationships, addressing inquiries, coordinating client communications, and assisting in account administration. Additionally, the role involves preparing reports, supporting client portfolio reviews, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services.Qualifications3-5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industryBachelor’s degree from an accredited universityProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookPreferred working knowledge of APX, Salesforce, DocuSign and Black DiamondStrong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skillsHighly detail-oriented with excellent follow-throughStrong written and verbal communication skillsTeam-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support othersAdditional Information• Full-time position based in New York City office - 4 days a week minimum• Compensation: Salary $90k - $110k commensurate with experience plus discretionary bonus• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)• Douglass Winthrop Advisors is an Equal Opportunity Employer
