Associate Director, Strategy and Corporate Development

Corporate Development & M&A - Support and lead end to end M&A execution, including:Target screening and prioritization. Financial modeling and valuation. Commercial and operational due diligence. Deal structuring and transaction execution. Vendor coordination and overall process management. Coordinate and drive cross functional diligence teams (Finance, Legal, Product, Tech, HR)Support integration planning and setting the team up for success. Own valuation workstreams and assist finance team with financial model creation. Assist in managing external advisors (bankers, consultants, legal)Strategy & Growth Initiatives. Support enterprise and business unit strategy projects, including:Market and competitive analysis. Growth opportunity assessment. Strategic planning and prioritization.
