The facility features a 20-bed department that focuses on providing quality obstetric and gynecologic care to patients in the region.Opportunity:Physician (MD) - Obstetrics and GynecologyJob Details:• Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology services with 5 patient encounters per shift• Manage low risk pregnancies (required) and high risk pregnancies (preferred)• Perform routine deliveries including vaginal deliveries and decision-making for c-sections• Handle complicated deliveries including c-sections, breech presentations, and multiple births• Manage VBAC deliveries and perform repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations• Conduct Level I/Screening ultrasounds for viability assessment• Provide surgical gynecology services including open procedures• Perform operative/major gynecologic procedures including ectopic pregnancy management, ovary removal, and cystectomy• Must be licensed in Arizona or hold IMLC certification• Board certification required with ACLS certification• Credentialing timeframe approximately 60 days• Nearest airport is Tucson for convenient travel accessCompensation:Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
