Experienced Staff Accountant (Plano)

We are in search for an experienced Corporate Staff Accountant for our growing national healthcare client. This is a full-time hybrid role. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a very team-oriented organization and continue your development for the next step in your career.Responsibilities:Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements for a publicly traded organization.Review and analyze revenue transactions, as well as expense accounts to ensure proper GL coding.Month-end accruals and reconciliations.Monthly income statement variance analyses.Assist with quarterly and year-end audit facilitation.Additional accounting duties and ad hoc reporting as required.· Follows all Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations and requirements.QualificationsMinimum of Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.2-5 years of relative experience.Experience with a large ERP is a plus.Advanced Excel skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills for team collaboration and reporting.Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.Proficiency in GAAP, general ledger management, and financial reportingHealthcare experience is preferred.Salary; $75k - $80k
