Title : Marketing Subject Matter Expert/AI Sector Evaluator- Marketing - RemoteLocation: Remote within U.S.Language Requirements:We are specifically looking for candidates who are fluent in at least one of the following languages: German, Chinese, Arabic35 hours Per WeekOnly 1099 – USC and GC visaWe are seeking experienced Marketing Subject Matter Experts to join us as independent contractors for an AI training and model‑development initiative. In this role, you’ll review AI‑generated content, help shape workflows, and apply your financial expertise to improve model accuracy.Key Responsibilities:Domain Training & AnnotationProvide domain expertise during model training, ensuring AI systems understand marketing terminology, logic, and workflowsLabel, curate, and validate datasets containing marketing materials (ad copy, campaign briefs, KPIs, customer segments, etc.)Design realistic scenarios and data prompts representing different marketing contexts (e.g., brand launches, A/B testing, multichannel campaigns)Workflow Simulation & Process MappingTranslate end-to-end marketing workflows (e.g., campaign planning → execution → measurement → optimization) into structured training data for AI learningIdentify decision points, metrics, and dependencies in marketing operations that AI systems must recognizeCollaborate with ML engineers to represent these workflows in AI-friendly formats (taxonomies, knowledge graphs, or structured datasets)Model Evaluation & FeedbackReview AI-generated outputs for marketing relevance, creativity, tone, and complianceProvide structured feedback and improvement strategies to improve model understanding and response qualityDevelop and refine evaluation criteria (e.g., campaign effectiveness, audience relevance, brand consistency)Strategic Collaboration & InnovationPartner with product teams to define AI-driven marketing use cases (campaign recommendations, content personalization, audience segmentation, performance prediction)Bring a creative problem-solving mindset to identify opportunities where AI can improve marketing efficiency and decision-makingStay current with evolving marketing technologies, data platforms, and generative AI tools to inform model enhancementRequirements:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related fieldExperience in working with Large Language Models (LLMs)7–12 years of hands-on experience in marketing, with exposure to:Campaign strategy and execution (digital, social, performance, and/or brand marketing)Marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, etc.)Analytics and measurement workflows (Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI, etc.)Customer segmentation, journey mapping, and content strategyMedia planning, A/B testing, and ROI optimizationExperience managing or contributing to several of the following workflows:Campaign Lifecycle Management:Brief creation, creative development, approval, launch, tracking, and post-campaign analysisPerformance Marketing:Keyword research, bidding strategy, conversion tracking, and A/B testingCRM & Marketing Automation:Lead scoring, email drip campaigns, segmentation, personalization, and customer retention programsContent Strategy & Social Media:Editorial calendar planning, content generation, influencer marketing, and engagement analytics.Data-Driven MarketingUsing data to optimize campaigns, build dashboards, and interpret KPIs.Brand & Communication:Managing tone, consistency, and storytelling across channelsPreferences:Use AI tools such as Gong and Chorus for tasks such as sales analytics and coaching preferredHave a Great Day!Warm Regards,Mohit MittalLead RecruiterContact Details: 609-629-2040Email: mohit.mittal@applabsystems.com4365 Route 1 South, Suite 105Princeton, NJ 08540www.applabsystems.com
