About the Opportunity:The Remote Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting candidates who are active legal process servers or interested in gig work to become legal process servers. This role involves partnering with the sourcing team to conduct high-volume outreach and explain job roles and responsibilities. The position requires continuous recruiting efforts across the US and adapting strategies based on evolving market trends, contributing to the organization''s ability to maintain a strong talent pipeline and meet hiring goals.3. Responsibilities:• Generate leads through high-volume outreach such as cold calling, SMS, and email campaigns• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates• Provide hiring managers with updates on recruitment strategy, hires, and candidate pipelines4. Requirements:• 1 to 2+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment• Legal recruiting experience or legal knowledge preferred• Proven ability to creatively recruit in a metric-driven, high-volume setting• Proficient in Excel, including data tools and formulas• Experience managing pipelines and talent pools in CRM or ATS systems• Skilled in creating e-marketing campaigns• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to focus on complex tasks in a fast-paced environment5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Starting pay range: $55,000 to $58,000 depending on experience6.
