The employee will:Treat everyone with dignity and respectHonor and support rights and confidentialityPromote the best possible health with protection from abuse, neglect and exploitationEngage with honesty, integrity, and ethical standards in actions and communicationsComply with applicable laws and regulations to prevent fraud, waste, conflict of interest, and inaccuracy in record-keepingJOB SUMMARYWork as a team with another RN and our Residential Program staff to ensure that individuals served in CCAR Industries' eight group homes (2-6 residents per home) receive quality care and that their medical needs are met.Responsible for coordinating nursing services for our eight residential homes and three day programs, including medication administration.Become a Registered Nurse-Trainer of Medication Administration to train and provide oversight to the direct support staff who work in our group homes.Monitor accurate completion of medication administration tasks and all related documentation, including checking-in and distributing medication, tracking medication errors and reviewing MARs.The RN will be provided with an agency cell phone and laptop to use when they are on-call outside of standard business hours.
