Conifer Medical Center and Evergreen Family Medical Center are primary care practices (without OB) nestled in the beautiful foothills of Colorado. Both clinics are privately owned by two board-certified family physicians. Our Conifer site has been present since 1978. Our goals have always been to provide quality care to our patients while offering providers a positive work environment. This care model has worked out well. Our provider group of 16 are now seeking full-time Board-Certified Family Physicians to build our Evergreen office. A possible partnership opportunity is available. We have an excellent tenured support team which include front office staff, in-house billing, triage RNs, Care Manager, pharmacy/prior auth technician, skilled and certified medical assistants and licensed x-ray technicians. Our team-based practice understands the importance of your work/life balance. We encourage any Board-Certified Family Physician with an active Colorado license and DEA to apply that has an interest in growing an already established family medicine practice in Evergreen. Starting pay does vary on factors such as years of experience and patient care schedule. Average number of patients per day is determined by you and how you want to practice. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K. An annual stipend for CME. Full-time includes 32 patient care hours/4 days a week. Our EMR is e-Clinical Works. Dragon and AI are also available.
