Licensed Staff Attorney

A company is looking for a Staff Attorney to provide contract drafting, support, and review services within assigned business units. Key Responsibilities Review, draft, and negotiate various types of contracts on behalf of the company Provide internal counsel on legal issues and collaborate with various departments Assist with contract processing and respond to RFIs and RFPs Required Qualifications Law degree and active bar licensure in the relevant state 2+ years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house setting Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating agreements Business-minded with the ability to balance legal risks and business priorities Adept at working in a fast-paced environment with a service-oriented attitude
