Responsibilities Help sales agents show homes to clients Use the MLS to identify properties to show Know the inventory of homes Learn communication skills for different buyer types Provide feedback to improve clients' search Work with lender partners and clients Draft and negotiate offers for clients Commit to Lead Generation 10 hours per week Practice scripts weekly with the team Participate in team activities Attend weekly coaching and training Log tasks in PLACE Technology Attend PLACE New Agent Launch program Qualifications Real estate license -REQUIRED Enjoys building and maintaining professional relationships Positive and cheerful demeanor Comfortable speaking with people on the phone and in person Skilled at using a computer and learning new applications Skilled at matching clients' needs with homes Eager to learn and grow Ambitious with a track record of success High school diploma This is a commission only role and based in Simi Valley, CA and will be covering Simi Valley, Moorpark, Conejo Valley, and the San Fernando Valley.
