This role oversees building operations, vendor management, safety, and maintenance while also serving as the primary point of contact for employees, guests, and leadership for all office-related needs.This individual is highly visible, service-oriented, and proactive, creating a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment where employees can do their best work.What You'll Do:Facilities ManagementOnsite Five Days a WeekOversee daily building operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety systems, and general maintenanceManage relationships with property management, landlords, and third-party vendorsCoordinate preventative and reactive maintenance programsLead safety initiatives including fire drills, emergency preparedness, and compliance with local regulationsManage space planning, moves/adds/changes, and workplace setupMonitor facility budgets, service contracts, and purchase ordersEnsure workplace sustainability and efficiency initiatives are followedOffice & Workplace ExperienceServe as the primary onsite point of contact for employees and visitorsCreate a welcoming, organized, and high-functioning office environmentOversee reception, conference rooms, kitchens, common areas, and overall office presentationCoordinate office events, employee engagement activities, and meetingsManage office supplies, pantry, and service vendorsSupport new hire onboarding from a workspace and logistics perspectiveSoft Skills & LeadershipAct as a trusted partner to employees and leadershipAnticipate needs before they become problemsCommunicate clearly and professionally across all levels of the organizationProvide white-glove service with a hospitality mindsetManage difficult situations calmly and diplomaticallyFoster a culture of safety, respect, and accountability within the workplaceWhat You'll Need:Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid driver's license required. Facility Management certification preferred.Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.Advanced math skills.
